With help from the City of Lowell, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell was granted property on Rock Street in Lowell. On October 25, 2012, HFHGL broke ground at 49-55 Rock Street. In 2013, 4 homes (2 duplexes) will be built and 4 families will have a place to call home. Students from Greater Lowell Technical High School will be building one duplex and general volunteers and local companies will build the other duplex.
