The Dalton Street home will bring Habitat Lowell back to renovating a home as it did 25 years ago when the affiliate first began. Once the house is brought down to the studs, the process of renovating, bringing the home up to code and making it energy efficient will begin. The Kawaya Family will be the 40th family to become a Homeowner with Habitat Lowell.

Home to the Carroll Family.  Construction started in April 2015 and with the help of the Tewksbury Congregational Church/Tewksbury Habitat Build team, Linda Covino/Dancing with the Realtors, Mark Gingsberg and Sons and 100’s of other supporters, 110 State Street will be completed for the Holidays.

Habitat will break ground on September 3, 2014 as the start of another home build.  This single family home will be a one story, handicap accessible home for the Santiago Family.

Starting in Spring of 2014 a Ground Breaking Willie St Lowellground breaking with over 80 in attendance marked the start of the build season for 2 homes at 133-135 Willie Street, Lowell.   Partner families The Bullards and the  Bamunoba are building beside volunteers with the hope and determination to move in for the holidays.

After several weeks of dealing with a tremendous amount of ledge the cement trucks arrived early on Monday May 12 and began pouring the concrete for the foundation. Then on May 29th the first wall was raised by women from Lowell General Hospital. It is official, Willie St build is underway.

Our Partner Families; the Bullard Family and the Bamunoba Family look forward to building along side the volunteers.


Building which began in 2013 at49-55 Rock Street, Lowell is finished.    This 4 home project was completed early 2015.
