NETSCOUT Wall Raising in Concord, MA

Last week, a dozen local volunteers lent a hand to raise the walls of a new Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell build in Concord, MA. The ceremony was a celebration of the supporters who are helping Habitat Lowell build the two-bedroom house that will become a home to a deserving family in our community.

Various partners and donors contributed to this project, including the Concord Housing Authority and NETSCOUT, the build’s Wall Raising Sponsor.

“We are extremely proud of our long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Great Lowell,” said Pamela Jacques, Area Vice President of Corporate Marketing at NETSCOUT. “Our employees understand the importance of building strong relationships in the community through volunteer service. As a home sponsor, we are excited to support this new build not only financially but also by providing hands-on support in the building process. We look forward to seeing the finished product and continuing to support deserving families in our community.”

This will be Habitat Lowell’s second project in Concord within the past year, increasing affordable housing in an area where it’s especially hard to come by. According to Redfin, the average sale price of a home in Concord was $1.11M in October 2022, rising nearly 12% since October 2021.
